Danielle Chambers is a 29 year old trans woman, activist, researcher, and leader. Born and raised in Oklahoma, she fled to Oregon following the escalating violence and legislation against trans people in the wake of the second Trump administration. Now, Corvallis is her beloved home, and she’s going to fight—boldly—to keep it that way.

- Board President of CORE Corvallis, a social justice-focused 501(c)(3)
- Tech Chair of Benton County Democrats, Young Democrat of the Year 2026
- Author and lobbyist of unanimously-passed 2025 Transgender, Intersex, and Gender Diverse Sanctuary City Resolution
I have also attended and watched every City Council meeting over the past year and few months. I am ready for the job, and passionate about doing it!
