My name is Danielle Chambers, and I am running for City Council in Ward 7. I love Corvallis deeply. I believe in progress, community, and using power for the greater good.
We can’t save the whole world, but we can save our own corner of it. And if enough people do that, we end up saving the whole world all the same.

Local dollars make local sense. By keeping money here, we build local jobs and wealth.
Addressing affordability and houselessness.
Unhoused people are a policy problem. There are more tools we could be using.
Protect nature, and it will protect us.
Sustainability is key. Though climate change happens globally, we must act locally.
Software engineer by day and activist by night, Danielle is a problem solver, people person, and policy nerd. She fled Oklahoma following rising political persecution of trans people under the second Trump administration. Now, Corvallis is her beloved home, and she’s going to continue fighting to keep it that way.
